Great place

Great hotel with great staff. Very friendly and attended staff always smiling. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds unfortunately have memory foam madrasses wich are not good for my back. Otherwise fantastic place with fantastic staff. The restaurant is also great with great quality food. Great value.

Very rude service

The hotel and food was very good. We chose to eat at the hotel restaurant in the evening because we were travelling with our handicapped daughter who was very tired. Our daughter has a very small appetite so I asked our waiter if she could have a smaller portion. A very short “no” was the answer. I did not ask for a child’s menu or reduction in price, simply a smaller portion. Apparently your chef cannot manage that? It was very clear that the waiter did not care for non German speaking guests, I’m Danish and my husband is English. We were being ignored when asking for help with a simple “excuse me”, a very polite way of asking for help, but maybe the waiter is not aware of this? We put the bill on the room. Returned to the room, but later came back to sit outside and enjoy a drink. When we went to put that bill on the room, the same waiter demanded that we add a tip! Now it might be common in Germany and I do apologise for not reading up on this before our stay. But where I come from you still have to earn a tip - wether it is custom or not. And the treatment we received as well as the demand for money, does not grant you the right to receive a tip. He did get a tip, most likely not enough in his book. But he’s lucky he got one. We will not return another time, nor recommend you to anyone.

Ein Klasse Hotel. Das Restaurant ist Oberklasse und das Frühstücksbuffet war unglaublich gut und vielseitig. So viel Auswahl hatte ich noch nie. Zimmer sind wunderschön. Ich bin sehr kritisch mit meinen vielen Geschäftsreisen und Hotelübernachtungen. Doch dieses Hotel ist es Wert gelobt zu werden :) gut gemacht

Nettes Landhotel

Nettes Landhotel, gehobene Ausstattung, etwas bieder. Die Zimmer sind renoviert und sehr bequem, die Regendusche macht richtig Freude. Beim Frühstück würde ich mir weitere Kaffeespezialitäten wünschen als nur Filterkaffee aus der Thermoskanne.

Bra välplacerat hotell

Mix av gammalt och nytt. Hyfsat bra placerat nära stora motorvägar men ändå tyst och lugnt ute på landet. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Trevlig restaurang med mycket bra mat. Stor uteservering vid bra väder.

Alles gut außer....

Es gibt für mich nur einen Punkt zu kritisieren, der aber für mich schon wichtig ist. Die Dusche ist derart klein, dass man sich kaum bewegen kann. Zusätzlich ist eine Verstärkung der Glasscheiben verbaut. Die Stange ist bei mir (1,96) auf Stirnhöhe. Ein vernünftiges Duschen war nicht möglich. Hier wurde am falschen Ende Platz gespart. In diesem Zimmer würde ich nicht noch einmal übernachten.
