"Our stay was terrible and one day short. We noticed an email in the spam folder one day before we entered the house. It contained the code to enter, but also the new information that there were no sheets.When we confronted them about this, they said it was unfortunate that the site didn’t mention it. They seemed to care very little that we had to spend the next day in a hotel because of this. VRBO didn’t care either."

"Une arrivée décevante je réserve une chambre pour deux on me propose une pièce avec deux petites cloisons avec lits individuels On nous reloge je demande pour accéder à la piscine on me dit oui mais il y a un supplément de 10€/heures par personne je dit oui ok ( même si se n’est pas précisé à la réservation et par la suite on me dit la piscine n’est pas accessible mon mari a mis les traitements on a eu du monde se week-end ( nous étions mardi soir !!!) "

"Communicatie met verhuurder was niet spontaan, we moesten zelf contact opnemen imv het inchecken. Berichten waren sec en niet erg vriendelijk. De studio doet denken aan een studentenkot met dito sfeer: stofwolken onder het bed, resten chocola op het nachtkastje. Vettige keukenkasten, microgolfoven onbruikbaar door de stank die eruit komt, waterkoker nooit ontkalkt, de ontsteker van het gasfornuis werkt niet, er waren ook geen lucifers, dus gasfornuis onbruikbaar.
