"To start with, Bruce and Cheryl were good hosts but it’s obvious this property needs more than 2 people to maintain and clean it! The outside area is the best of the property with the lake access and the kayaks along with a nice dock. The upper deck is in decent shape where we also spent a lot of time. Now, for the house, it’s a different story. The house needs a cleaning that hasn’t been done in years or if it’s been cleaned it’s lacking severely. There are cobwebs, spiders and cockroaches...

"Our stay at here was tremendous. The house was large enough to accommodate our family of 12 and daytime guests of 10 without being feeling smothered. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities in the rooms and attached bathrooms was more than adequate. The furnishings were beautiful and new. The pool was a huge attraction and got plenty of use. The location was quiet and easy access. We were able keep the house at a comfortable temperature for everyone. "Very unique setup. The container homes were a big reason that I wanted to stay there because I've been researching these types of structures for years. Anyway, the containers were very well done. The property is very nice. We cooked on the grill and the griddle in the barn/common area. The staff was very responsive to needs and extremely welcoming. The goats were really cute to, so if you have kids that is a big plus. Only thing that we didn't try was the heated pool... maybe next time. ...
