"The exterior photos and location are lovely, but I booked this stay to get a weekend breath after a death in the family and was devastated to arrive to an unfinished shack that had no running water, no insulation, cracks and holes in the walls with the roof patches falling in, and a wasp infestation! This is not the kind of stay that I would wish on my enemy. We froze all night, flight off spiders and yellow jackets returning to a missing nest, and were bothered by loose dogs that weren't listed...

Aloft by Marriott Shenandoah Woodlands Area

Aloft by Marriott Shenandoah Woodlands Area

8/10 Good
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Just a note for future guests: breakfast is available, but it is not included in the room rate and must be purchased separately."
