"Overall we had a good experience. We were arriving after 8pm so the staff called us to arrange for us to get the key to the room. We stayed in the original building which has so much history. It was cool imagining how many famous, and infamous, people darkened the door of the inn. Be aware, parking is very limited if you are looking to park next to the building. "Peaceful and quiet stay on a Shaker farm. The restaurant was excellent and dealt wonderfully with my allergies, the room was comfortable. The only difficulty we had was having to park farther from our room and use stairs to get to it. Make sure to check out the farm animals, gardens and pond while you're there. We'd love to stay again. "

"The property was amazing and if you get a chance to speak to the owner, she is a wealth of information in regards to the history of the house and the area. I loved my conversation with her. And try her long grapes. They are interesting and very tasty. "
