Bed was hard and very uncomfortable, and the pillows were even worse. Continental breakfast was one of the worst i have ever seen... i would not stay here again. I will say though that the staff was incredibly nice and helpful and was the only bright spot of the stay...

Some good, some bad

We have stayed here before and loved the amenities and convenience. This time, there were signs of the building aging with some things broken or just not working. We also woke up to no hot water the first morning of our stay. The issue was resolved by late afternoon, and the staff were very helpful and apologetic, but the cold sponge bath in the morning was unpleasant.

The horel room was good for cleanliness but there was only 1 towel in the bathroom. There was no extra linens for the sofa bed, the tv was broken, the coffee pot didn’t work and there no was no blow dryer. We tried to get help from the front desk in regards to the tv and they couldn’t help! We had ro go to there one desk and get the linens. In the mrng I called about the blow dryer and the lady at the front desk said she didn’t know where any extras were??? We went down for breakfast and it will literally out of everything. No eggs, no ham, not even any coffee cups for the coffee. So very disappointed.

Although the room was clean where it counts most (bed, sheets, bathroom, kitchen), the hotel seriously lacks attention to details - even large details. The remote control was filthy - like, really gross. I am not sure when the hallways, stairwells, and elevator had been cleaned, either. It is just unsettling that when you see things that should be clean and are not, it makes you wonder where else they cut corners. The bed was comfortable, however the pillows are not. The location is great and it is quiet for being in a busy area, but we will not be returning.
