"Albert on reception was extremely helpful, not just checking me in, but helping get into my room as I couldn't get my key to work not once but on two different occasions, he also sourced a hair dryer for me, which I expected to be in the room considering it was an executive room. "Very clean hotel, near shops yet it was nice and quiet in the morning. We wanted a late check out and this was done effortlessly. Great Hotel!"

"Stayed a few nights as we had a wedding nearby. I only paid for bed and breakfast but that gave us access to their leisure facilities. They have a huge well stocked gym, swimming pool, steam room and sauna. The spa guests have their own facilities so there was plenty of space. Food was fantastic. Would recommend this to all."
