"this is my third stay at this location. last visit the TV had to be moved because it was facing a small wall which blocked the view from both rooms. there was also a large cut in the fabric of the couch which exposed the stuffing. there was also damage to the shelf that holds the refrigerator so it was tilting over, it will fall. breakfast was ok.
this visit was better as far as the furniture and placement. curtains shouldn't be left open when switching customers for privacy reasons. rooms should be kept at a normal temperature, 65° is not ideal. i love the upgraded hardwood floors, my partner prefers the carpet. the shower water took over 10 minutes to get warm. the sinks never get warm in any of my stays. there is also a rust problem that should be worked on. invest in a better laundry detergent/bleach as there were yellow stains on the towels. the bed seemed a bit unstable but was still very comfortable. the ice machine in the hallways was finally working. the indoor pool still being closed with the curtains drawn worries me. breakfast was a bit disappointing. also multiple customers asked for eggs at 9am and were told no because they were closed. breakfast should be restocked until at least 915 if they close at 930, especially when the hotel is completely booked. parking is always fine."
