"Driving into the neighborhood of the Cottage made us feel at home. The property is very inviting and cozy. The inside of the cottage is bright and welcoming. The kitchen is perfect size for the 2 of us and everything was cleaned, labeled and ready to use. The bed is very comfortable and the mountain view from the bedroom is amazing! We enjoyed being able to walk up to the front yard area to enjoy our coffee and more of the view also. Almost every day of our stay we got to see moose in the yard...

"We fell in love with Wasilla and the ease of getting anywhere from the house. It was still an easy drive to Anchorage to check out top attractions and look for moose. This home is a short ride to several lovely trails and lakes and is on a quiet dead end street. Host was easy to reach with quick response when I reached out. "Our stay was wonderful! Not only was this house close to the ice rink and town but it was also very spacious. Plenty of room for everyone in the kitchen or hanging out around the table. The grill worked great for some tasty steaks. The deportation was nice with the adults choosing the two rooms upstairs while the kids stayed downstairs in the two rooms that had twin beds. "This property is beautiful, accessible and clean. It was a great choice for our family. The most memorable part, however, was the caring host. I became critically ill with COVID during our stay, and the host allowed us to check out late and also helped with the cleaning in order for my husband to be able to get to me in the ICU. She was such a great support during this crisis away from home. There are no words for how much we appreciated her."
