"Big clean room, with a big clean shower/tub combo. Right next to grant park so it was super close to all of the cool things. Night time was a little iffy, but in the day time this area was super convenient"

Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites
"I actually had two reservations and both are 5 stars. Staff wonderful, friendly and understanding of any concerns that pop up during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location was excellent for walking and to the Water Tower which has stores and the famous Garrett’s popcorn."

"They limit interactions with guests as much as possible. They want you to mobile check in and not talk or deal with you directly. Issues with mobile check in and they acted like it was a hassle to help."
