"Only negative thing I have to say is that there is not really a kitchen. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and sink and that was pretty much it as far as a kitchen goes. There was plates cups provided. But we were prepared to cook all meals and that changed without a stove or oven available."

"The condo was really cute and had all your basic necessities. The balcony view of the ocean is fantastic! You can’t beat that. The walk to the beach and pool are easily assessable and the walk to the boardwalk is an easy 1.5 miles. It was a nice relaxing trip and would recommend to anyone who wants to experience Carolina Beach! Only minor complaint is the parking situation since it seemed parking along with the overflow parking spots were taken quickly."

"This place could not be more perfect. Locationally a 2 minute walk to the beach, maybe a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk to get breakfast or lunch. We had a large group and it accommodated all of us perfectly. Whenever we had a question about anything, Brad answered within 5 minutes (even at 11pm). So thankful for that! We will be back!"

"This properly was as lovely as pictured. Neat as a pin. Sweetly decorated. Properly maintained and clean. The reserved parking spot was near the beach entrance and so it was easy to rinse our beach chairs and store them in the car. The pool was spotless and the other guests were nice couples and families. It made for a very comfortable, safe and relaxing environment for my daughter and me."

"This is an excellent property. Beautiful beach decor which gives you all the vacation vibes. Rental was very clean and bed was comfy. Great views, you could sit in the living room or on the deck and feel like you are sitting on the beach. Loved the location, walkable to restaurants, and the great Veggie Wagon. Lake across the road was perfect for dog walks. Definitely saving this place as a return location."
