But, needs deep cleaning for sofa, area rugs, and outside rooms. Strange policy of not washing bed covers and telling you they are only decorative. We would have brought blankets if we knew and ended up sleeping with beach towels."

"The house was charming and all our personal needs were met, and more! The beds were comfortable, and the furnishings were excellent. We used the percolator for our coffee. It has been years and years since I have used one. It worked well. The commute to the beach was easy. I was charmed and think it was one of the best rentals I have stayed in. Thank you!"

"This property was just what our family needed. My 13yo and 8yo shared the room with two beds, they both said their beds were very comfy. The extra room we saved for Grandpa to stay with us, he resides locally. He chose to stay only one night as he missed his own bed. The master bed was spacious, bed was creaky when you move. The kitchen and laundry room were so convenient. Only wish the dinner table was a bit more functional. We ate outside in the adorable outdoor patio. Grandpa lent us his tiki...

"House was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 kids aged 5 and 7) for a spring break trip. House is so charming and cozy. Being right on the beach was a dream and the sunrise and dolphins made the early-morning wakeups by the kids totally worthwhile. The kids found a shark tooth and whale vertebrae on the first day and spent hours searching for more! The only thing we could have benefitted from was a nightlight in the bathroom and a little stepstool but that's obviously very specific to the age...

The only complaint I have is the location pin was near the beach and we were 6 blocks from the beach, so walking to the boardwalk was a 30-40 minute walk from the house instead of a 10 minute walk"

"Beautiful cottage - absolutely perfectly appointed and the best location possible! I went on a vacation with my daughters and we had the best time. Kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were super comfortable, the chairs and beach cart were wonderful to have! We grilled some and were able to walk everywhere!! Would love to stay again!! One of the best rentals we’ve ever had!!"

"This was a great place to stay for the beach. A bit of a walk, but honestly not that bad. The house is old and does get a bit humid, and the doors don’t close well, so hope you’re traveling with close company! We loved the couch, which was super comfy! We played card games on the round dining table; we had a wonderful time!"
