Really enjoyed the property. Was clean upon arrival and enjoyed our stay. Good location in Wilmington near Lake Everest and Whiteface Mtn. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
Everything about our stay couldn't have been better. The condo is well appointed, comfortable, and the location in relation to the ski mountain can't be beat. We stayed as 2 families with kids that ranged from age 1 to 13 (and a few in between) and we would highly recommend staying her.
Great place, plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The kitchen has everything that you will ever need. We had a small issue upon check in that was remedied quickly.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone! It was clean, spacious if you are traveling with other families and a great location. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are comfortable! We will be back!
We had a wonderful weekend skiing at whiteface. The property was 5 minutes from the mountain which was so convenient. Everything was clean, spacious, warm and welcoming. No complaints! The kids especially loved the twin bed room!
We had to come back! The property changed owners and the numbers of beds changed, but they were the best beds ever! While there were cooking utensils and dishes in the property, the only thing I would recommend is more cooking utensils/ Tupperware, etc for those who want to cook at home rather than eat out. Thanks for another great stay!

This property is like the photos but better. Super clean, super comfortable. Had everything you need and more. My kids live it. I would be coming back when winter is in full effect.
The property was nice and quiet. It was close in proximity to what we wanted to see.
The only negative was the back bedroom was hot and the fans were not enough to keep it cool. I would suggest that the owner put in a window unit to cool it down in the summer.
This house was perfect for our group in town for Ironman Lake Placid. We loved the home. Extremely clean and well decorated! We felt like we had plenty of room and it had all the extra necessities you need such as laundry detergent, Coffee filters, shampoo, and conditioner, etc. The little things that make a difference when flying into a location. The bottom floor was perfect for our group with kids! They loved the twin bed room, the pool table and their own TV!
For anyone coming into town for the Ironman, the house is right on the bike course, which was perfect for our crew to go back to the house after the swim start and be able to stay at the house to see two loops of the bike course before heading back into town for the run.
We will absolutely use this house again if we come back!
We love the Wilmington area in this place did not disappoint. Lots of room and bedrooms, very large gathering space and clean with responsive rental team. A few caveats to note there’s not central air conditioning only one large unit in the upstairs living space bedrooms do not have AC so if it is a hot stay like it was ours with warmer temperatures in the evening sleep may not be ideal. Check-in process was smooth but you have to wait for the team to email you a check-in code 1 hour before actual check-in. With spotty Wi-Fi and cell reception in the Adirondacks this process can be a bit concerning. Overall though this is a nice place and we would stay again.
Wonderful stay! We booked last minute and the entire process was easy; good communication, clean from top to bottom, cozy beds, and very accommodating for our family stay. The location is also accessible to every you might need. A fantastic getaway, we look forward to going back again!
This was a great property and a perfect location to really feel like you're in the mountains with all the modern amenities you could want. Peaceful and clean. Even better it is a four minute walk from a lake beach and playground!
Everything you could want at Whitecace/Lake Placid
We had two families stay at this townhouse for the New Year weekend and it was absolutely fantastic! The house has everything you could possibly need, is minutes away from Whiteface and is fantastic for adults and kids!
The decorations are amazing. Great location for ausable chasm, mirror lake, lake placid, and whiteface mouth. We also enjoyed the beach which is just 3 minutes walking from the house.
We got there early and check in was still smooth and easy. Everything we needed to know was listed on the wall when we walked in. It was a great weekend spent there with the family and would stay there again
Ten women came to the region to hike Mt. Marcy and we couldn't have picked a more perfect spot. The townhouse had ample space for everyone, 3.5 bathrooms was awesome and the place was perfect for us.
The photos in the listing are accurate. The house is well equipped and furnished. The layout is spacious and very accommodating for a group of 8-12. Centrally located to the area’s attractions
We had a wedding at the Hungry Trout. Perfect location. close to hiking trails and 15 minute drive to Lake Placid. House was beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. The down stairs would be perfect for kids, they would have a blast. Management co. and Bob was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a nice stay.
