"Seaspray was the perfect choice for our group of 17! There was plenty of room for all and just a few steps to the beach! Paula was great answering any questions promptly! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place for a large group!!"

"The property is everything it shows in the pictures. Everything we needed was included. Only thing I would suggest is a small step stool for little ones needing to wash hands at sink but we managed. We all relaxed and enjoyed our time in Tybee. It’s within walking distance to the restaurants and the pier even for a young child the walk was manageable."
