"Hotel’s not completed as stated in reviews and website. Once the restaurant, bar, outdoor patio, etc. are available, should be more appealing. Pros: convenient 10 minute drive to downtown Savannah, contemporary, minimalist design is attractive and appreciated, rooms are not sound proofed but hotel is quiet, luggage bench convenient and bed comfortable, room darkening and light filtering shades are a great idea, however, light still got in from the top, so we didn’t get that true darkening effect...

"They had no one at office after a certain time, they did out our room key into a lock box with a combination code. Had trouble with door to get into room. Once we finally got in room was clean. No was wash rags (which was fine I bring my own) but the biggest issue I had was the AC did Not Work. We had to open the window (thank goodness it was a cool night instead of hot) and since one was in the office I couldn't even get someone to come fix our AC. In the morning when leaving still no one in...

Has free parking which is among the best thing for such a busy vacation spot that the beach's public parking was filled by 11am on Saturday. "Liked that it is very convenient and walkable to majority of activities. Very clean with friendly and helpful staff. Did not like outside elevators to River street due to smell. Nor the extreme stair steps to River street which is very hard for older people. "
