"Palmera inn is one of the best values on Hilton head for what you get. The king balcony room was huge with two full bathrooms, living area, balcony, and kitchenette. Their location is just minutes to everything and they even allowed us to check ins couple hours early which was nice! "We have stayed at the Holiday Inn several times. The hotel is across the main road from the beach, but there is a free trolly to the beach that is available. There is also a public playground for the kids next to the hotel. The breakfast is good. The pool is clean. The staff is nice. Overall it is a good hotel for a beach vacation in Hilton Head."
