Key cards for the door were impossible to use. You had to hold it up to the lock for at least a minute to hear the clicking to open. ..."

Linens were not provided for the sofa bed and part of our party had to sleep at a friend's house and take an Uber arouns 10:30pm because they couldn't stay in the apartment.
