Guests love the views and peacefulness of the Berry Patch condos in the Aspens. This western themed, 2 bedroom condo is perfect for two couples or a small family. The queen master bedroom on the main floor has a full bath and laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find a set of lodge pole pine queen bunk beds and a second bath. There is also a small reading area in the loft. The main floor features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 and a living room with a raised hearth fireplace. In the summer, you'll enjoy sitting on the deck observing the abundant wildlife roaming about.The condo entry is on the second level of the building w/ two floors inside, accessed by stairs.

**Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Your booking is not finalized until this is signed and received. Booking is subject to be cancelled if agreement is not signed within 48 hours.

**For bookings of 30 nights or more, final availability is subject to homeowner approval. A lease agreement along with a security deposit will be required. **

The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
