"The atmosphere was good"

"Very charming"

"Friendly hosts"

"I would not recommend staying at this Hotel. The staff was not the friendliest, cleanliness is poor and rooms were not well maintained. The hot water was not working well during our stay, Wifi was down the whole time and the phones in the room were not working. This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at."

"A shower cap would have been helpful in our room because our shower had the waterfall shower head. The restaurant didn't have enough staff (1 person) for breakfast and the price was ridiculous. The food was good. Overall, great staff at the hotel and nice pool area. The view was also beautiful."

"Overall the room and the hotel was great. The only thing I'm disappointed was there was no closets and a safe in the room. We always travel with plenty of clothes and we'd like to hang them and also we always have plenty of valuables that needs to be in the safe. I know they have one at the front desk but I feel more secure having it in the room"

"The room was clean and have a great view. Rates were very reasonable."

"Excellent location. Room was super clean. Staff & service excellent"

"Loved, every minute of my trip to the hotel resort. All my time in Fort Lauderdale, highly recommended."

"we loved this hotel, the breakfast was really nice, the best I think I have ever seen in the US. The room was spacious and clean, all except I'm pretty sure they didn't change the sheets on the bed. The pillow did not smell clean but I managed to find one that did but I couldn't help thinking that the sheets never got changed. I was so tired and we were there for one night I just tried to make it work. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy too, we walked down to Las Olas Blvd (not the whole way) to...

"Everything are clean and good service."

"The shower area may need an upgrade. This is the second time that I noticed water on the bathroom floor after taking a shower. There seems to be a structural issue. The breakfast menu mentions maple syrup but it was difficult to find. I had to ask the Manager/Supervisor to find some for me."

"Dirty wet sheets on mattress."
