"This property is not quite beach front but is about a 2 minute walk from a beautiful beach and awesome restaurants so I can’t complain at all about location!!
This property is definitely dated and in some cases I would even say in a state of disrepair. The yard isn’t safe for kids, fence falling apart and broken glass. Missing toilet paper holders and door knobs loose throughout the property.
Overall the property was clean-ish with the exception of the floors. Our feet were black within...
