Cute weekend getaway

Very nice bungalow and very much worth it. Only thing I didnt like was that it was right where people walk around and frotn of house had no privacy.

Great location and house

We loved the house it was perfect for 2 couples and such a great location! We walked to many of the restaurants and stores and also walked on the trail which next to the creek. I would stay here again and recommend it to all of my friends.

Amazing location with everything you need (hot tube, grill, fire pit) for a relaxing trip. Quaint interior and beautifully decorated. Will hopefully stay again.

This was a great stay. The cabin was adorable and very comfortable to hang out and cook. They had a few board games which was nice and we were able to walk everywhere and then swing back by the house to eat/rest and easily go back out again. Great spot! in the master bedroom the bed was very soft, so we slept the second night in the second room which had a firmer bed. Pillows, blankets, towels, kitchen supplies, A/C- all great!

Love the cottage!

This was our second stay at the cottage, and have recommended it to other family and friends who have stayed there as well. It is a cozy, comfortable, quaint cottage, located in the heart of the square, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit over our New Year’s visit. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Awesome rental in great location

The house was well maintained and very cozy! The kitchen had everything we needed, including a great coffee set up. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. The best part of this property is the location, it is a short walk to tons of downtown Wimberley restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

This place is great. You can walk to the market square, no need to Uber. It was private enough for us. We used the hot tub after going for a hike. This would be a great place for family or single couple or girls weekend. Wonderful all around.

Downtown Wimberley

We enjoyed are stay very much. It was clean and just right for us. We liked being tight in downtown Wimberley. Only issues we had were the toilet handle has to be jiggled to stop running and there were red wasp buzzing around the front door (no one stung). Thanks for having us!

Great location

House was great and location is unbeatable, literally 2 steps from any restaurant or shop. Backyard was great with hot tub and privacy. I will say that the first picture of the house makes it look like it's in a forest but it's very much in the middle of town. Old house but was cute and functional. Bathroom could have been slightly cleaner but overall great stay!

Great Lodging!

Really enjoyed staying so close to the center of town. Literally steps away from the door. Parking off the road next to our front door. Loved the interior, it is decorated so cute. We loved the beds and pillows so much, we both ordered bought them for our own homes. Loved the bottle of wine too. Would definately stay there again.

Bungalow had broken toilet and no after-hours maintenance

I booked the Bungalow for a romantic weekend getaway and learned shortly after arriving that the only toilet in the house was broken and did not flush. Since it was after 5pm, I called the Hill Country Premier Lodging’s after-hours emergency line to request maintenance and I was informed that they could not send anyone out to fix the toilet until sometime the next day. Plunging did not resolve the issue and we could not go 12-15 hours without a functioning toilet so decided to check out and cancel our getaway. Be forewarned that Hill Country Premier Lodging does not provide after hours maintenance so your whole vacation could be tanked if something as basic as a toilet is out of service.

Great house in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Bathtub needs some TLC, and we kept finding shiny blue sequins throughout the house. Even found one on the bed. I give it four stars as it could’ve been cleaner. The backyard was super nice place to sit and relax or play games.

The bungalow was in a perfect walking location .. it was clean and comfortable . It could use more comfortable furniture in the living room and the shower head needs replaced .. other than those 2 items it was a great find .. my daughter and her husband plan to stay there in the future
