Relaxing retreat

We have stayed at Star House in the hill country 3 times. Always a relaxing time with the beautiful cabin home and the wrap around porches with stunning hill country views. The owner provides all the needed amenities to make the stay perfect. We will be back.

Mom and I had a wonderful stay at the Star House! It’s a beautiful, clean and private property - we didn’t want to leave! I loved the large wrap-around deck! Easy check-in and great hosts. We couldn’t have had a better stay anywhere else! We hope to return soon.

Stunning, clean and peaceful.

This house is beautiful, comfortable and super clean. The balconies offer retreats for everyone. Cozy blankets if it is chilly and comfortable seating everywhere. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking implements and there are puzzles and games to be found in the beautiful bench. Our bed felt like a hammock and I slept like a log which is rare for me. Can’t say enough good things. Close to activities and far enough away to just rest and break away from crazy.

Beautiful Hill Country getaway

Star House is the perfect place to stay when visiting Wimberley. It is very close to town, but also quiet and peaceful. The views from the deck and main room are amazing! The kitchen has everything you need and the furniture (including the bed) is very comfortable. We will definitely be back!
