"Wir, 5 Erwachsene und ein Hund, haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig, ausgestattet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, und schön ruhig am Waldrand gelegen. Als für wenige Minuten der Strom in der Gegend ausfiel, wurden wir sofort mit Licht und einer Flasche Sekt versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"This is a quiet, comfortable house in a stunning, untouristy location. Lucienne is very nice and helpful. There are lots of great walks, on the doorstep and a short drive away. Don't miss Castle Falkenstein! We went to Wissembourg, Strasbourg and the Maginot line fort Schoenenbourg (which you can visit without a guided tour, unlike Four A Chaux, which by the way doesn't offer English language tours). Having the pool table is fun. We enjoyed our stay."

The house was perfect for our group - private rooms for all, plenty of space to allow for gatherings and private time, well-equipped as we cooked almost every meal, and the billiard room was a favorite for lots of fun and laughter! The only thing you hear is the splashing water of the stream. Ideal base for the many hiking trails in the area or the sights in the wider area in Alsace. The house is comfortably furnished and fully equipped. Guests are warmly welcomed by the owner who is very helpful."
