Only used this as an overnight while en route up to NY from NC. But was a good choice. There is a gas station right next door and it has a convenience store (chocolate/snacks/soft drinks For the ride) so was able to quickly get everything ready the next morning. Used the gym - good equipment. Jacuzzi and pool were clean and no one in them. Room was no frills - clean and comfortable and appreciated the coffee maker and pods so you can have coffee in bed without going to the lobby. My only complaint about this hotel - and most of the chain hotels - is the breakfast. It’s hard to eat healthy. It’s all about Pancakes, cinnamon rolls and muffins plus sugary cereals and sugary yogurts. There were a few over ripe bananas and some mealy apples. Even the oatmeal packets are all flavored (and heavily sweetened) 😕

The hotel is finishing up some renovations, and the fresh room I was able to get was fantastic. Very clean and being an early sleeper/early riser, I really appreciate the blackout setup on the windows! Excellent breakfast setup for health-nuts and splurgers alike!
