"Was great for our needs and a good location."

"Very nice place. There is a fee for valet parking, I think $58, self parking is $28 but you have a short walk to the parking garage (next building). They also charge a $25 fee which can be used towards food or drink at their hotel. I arrived late so it was just another fee I had to pay. Staff was friendly, place was immaculate, clean comfortable room, and surroundings are safe and packed with restaurants and retail stores."

"Love Encore. Best place to stay coming from Maine to go to games at the Garden. Free parking, avoid city traffic, cheap Ubers back and forth."

"Only one elevator was working and we stayed on the 6th floor. Most times I took the stairs."

"Older hotel. Black hairs in the sink when we arrived. Would not recommend dinner there. Steak tips were uneatable but breakfast was very good. Staff were pleasant. "
