"All of the staff were incredible. The rooms are not cleaned very well in between guests. There are stains on the bedding/pillow cases. The drawers could only be used some due to disrepair and lack of cleanliness. Bathtub could not be used due to no drain stop. We could only use the shower. There were cobwebs around the ceiling and the floor was not cleaned very well. The recliner was partially broken. The shelves in the kitchen area had items on them from the last guests that stayed and were still dirty. The room stayed at the temps that we needed which was nice. When we needed more items, they were given right away. One of the two elevators were broken so we sometimes had to wait for the elevator to come."
