"The home is lovely but there is some maintenance and other little things that need to be done. Whilst it is listed as a luxury home with a luxury price it is missing basic everyday equipment that is expected of a luxury home. Beds in particular are very hard and uncomfortable. It is located in a beautiful area with lots of food places nearby."

"Sanctuary by Sirromet is fantastic! From the moment we checked in till when we left everyone made us fell welcomed. The lady at check in was friendly, funny and helpful. Our “glamping” tent had everything you could want or need and was spotless. We stayed in number 17 down on the lake. So peaceful and relaxing. Parking is easy and close to your accommodation. We walked up to the Cellar Door in the afternoon and took advantage of the wine tasting. We only like white wine and they were delicious. We purchased 6 bottles. There are red wines available also. That night we ate at the Tuscan Terrace restaurant. Such a beautiful setting. The food was incredible and the service excellent. A breakfast hamper is normally delivered to your room between 7:30-8am but as we were leaving between these times the staff on check in organised for us to collect our hamper after dinner that night which was very helpful and convenient. Breakfast was impressive. So much food we couldn’t eat it all - cereal, yoghurt, juice, ham & cheese croissants, and muffins. Not much else to say but definitely stay here if you have the opportunity."

"Great place, friendly staff, and so convenient to Cleveland Train Station. We stayed here for 2 nights visiting family nearby, and couldn't be happier with our choice. Clean roomy rooms, with super comfy beds, and a few minutes walk from everything needed. If you are staying here, I can highly recommend "The Heart of Europe" restaurant around the corner. We went there for a late lunch, and ended up booking for a dinner as well. It was a Friday night, and a jazz band was playing, which they do every Friday, hence we booked the table. Great food, with even better service."
