"We spent 5 beautiful days at the chalet. There were 6 of us (all adults, all family) and everything was perfect. Beatrice was a wonderful host who made us feel welcome. She was super helpful and always responsive to our questions and accommodating to our needs. The house left absolutely nothing to be desired. "The hotel was perfectly fine for the price—no problems at all. The staff were wonderful, especially the very kind gentleman working on Monday morning. My only issue is the location; it’s pretty secluded, and getting to and from Europa-Park was inconvenient. The breakfast was nothing special but totally acceptable. Overall, a good stay for what you pay, but I’d personally prefer to stay somewhere closer to the park next time."
