"This is a great cottage for a visit to UGA. It’s about 15-20 minutes to downtown Athens/campus but an easy straight shot down the Atl hwy. Cottage is cute, clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay! Will definitely stay here again!"

"If you're looking for privacy yet convenient to town, this is a perfect place. When I first pulled into the drive, it was like visiting my grandparents house with flower gardens, white picket fence in the back, large yard and vintage outbuildings. Plenty of outdoor seating on the deck plus a screened in porch. As you walk into the house, the kitchen is nicely furnished with a vintage feel but modern conveniences. The Hardwood floors are beautiful and there are antiques but also comfortable...

The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Even the directions for the TV were very helpful. The backyard of the property was beautiful, plants and bushes everywhere!
