It is so clear to me that the staff here has a strong team culture and loves what they do, every single person was kind, helpful, enthusiastic and wanted to ensure we had a wonderful time. The entire vibe of the hotel was perfect in balance; easy activity to entertain younger ones but a very chill vibe for adults. Cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful and spacious balcony overlooking the mountains and golf course. We loved the view from our room 521. . Great place to relax before dinner with a glass of wine/cheese. Location is good within walking distance to a most wonderful restaurant named prominence. Highly recommend. The on site restaurant was nice too. Biggest disadvantage was the tv as it does not have any cable and then ending up with no signal at all. Other than that it was a really great place to stay.

Staff is friendly but could be more helpful. Bakery is good but service could be better. Loved location and view. Rooms are good and warm but smell of Lysol stayed all night and was not pleasant. May come back again but would have to ask not to use Lysol.

We had a great experience at the Wylder! Beautiful and clean rooms. The Sunday yoga was great. There is a 1.5 mile trail loop near the property which is perfect for a day time run or even an after dinner walk. To note there is no hot water kettle/ coffee in the rooms and the onsite cafe doesn’t open until 7 so no caffeine options for an early riser.

Our stay was ok. The staff was very responsive when we contacted the front desk, however we tried not to complain when things were not done or not working. The pool was lovely, however staff were power washing the fences on two days when the pool was open! Why this wasn't done in the Spring is suprising.The AC in the room was leaking water. A staff person adjusted it when we contacted the front desk. One day, garbage was not taken, the bed was not made and towels were not changed until we call the front desk later in the day. We had continuous difficulty with the TV streaming and had 3 different staff people help with the rebooting and connectivity although it was spotty at best most times. Cable TV would be a better option. The $50.00 daily fee did not benefit us as we only used the pool. One staff person indicated that this fee could possibly be refunded, but it was not. Breakfast options were limited. Accommodations were pricy. Thank goodness the staff was friendly and helpful, especially with no elevators!
