"We enjoyed this landmark hotel. We were told it was prom so the local traffic was a bit noisy. Staff was courteous and helpful. They had not changed over to air conditioning yet but brought us large fans for our rooms. That turned out okay. The restaurant was very busy and we had a bit of a wait. That gave us some time to check out the great gift shop. Our food was delicious and wait staff friendly."

"Was very satisfied with our stay at this La Quinta. Price was fair. Front desk staff was very friendly. Seemed everywhere you looked staff was cleaning and taking care of the place. Rooms looked updated. Though free, won't say much about parts of the breakfast. The biscuits, potatoes, and sausage tasted rubbery, like it had been reheated from the day before. Other than that, we'd stay there again."

"Our room was on the 4th floor, however the elevator was inoperable. It was difficult to climb the stairs for my husband. The hot tub was not working, which was a huge disappointment also. I will call ahead next time to ensure that everything is in working order. Not quite the stay we were expecting."
