" Bit concerned about hotel location and three star rating, however really surprised at how close to town of Windsor, castle and other facilities. Room was clean, comfortable and little to complain about other than a tile spacer left by a tiler who had recently grouted bathroom shower (room 202). Staff were there to help and ensure guests had a good stay. Breakfast was well displayed, plenty of choice and quantity. Liked the takeaway coffee cups and sandwich bags for those guests wanting a grab and go. Lady overseeing breakfast was so effective and on it. Also young manager working w/e 15th - 16th June needs mentioning, he was professional and again he understood his role ensuring things ran smoothly. In all pleased with this establishment."
