"We selected this property based off of a great view and having a pool. The view was great but they failed to mention that the pool was closed for renovations, I understand that renovations need to happen but it would have been nice of them to mention that before I booked. The coffee machine in the room was so dirty it was unusable. There is no sound proofing at all in the building. From the yelling all night from whatever team was staying there in the adjacent rooms, to being woken up by the cleaning staff ramming a vacuum cleaner into the furniture in the above room. Overall a terrible experience and it ruined my entire stay. There are many more hotels on the waterfront in Windsor, I can’t imagine any of them not being better. 0 stars would have been given if it were possible. "

"It’s very loud at night time as the windows are so thin you hear everything outside. The sink and mirror were very small, and the lighting was not very good. For a last minute booking it was okay."

"We had a lovely stay. Amenities were good, kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok, however I do feel other hotels have more verity of options. I would definite book this hotel again. "
