"The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Would have gotten a 5 star rating but the hot tub and fire pitt were both being worked on so we couldn’t use them which was a bummer. Also wish the breakfast went a little later than 9:30am since we got in kind of late the first night. Other than that everything was good."

"Stayed one night with my son. Downtown location convenient and ample parking. Did not use the pool. Staff weren’t unkind but not real friendly either. Travel brochure area needed to be restocked and brochures for the Wisconsin Dells, WI area replaced with brochures for the Des Moines, IA area. Room was clean and comfortable but the television had very limited channels and no options to stream movies/shows or rent them. Complimentary breakfast was quite nice with ample options."
