"Building was worn looking and had obvious damage in room and had been smoked in"

"This hotel is so well taken care of and the staff were so incredibly nice and helpful from the front desk to housekeeping. The rooms were beautiful with a great view over the water. Parking was surprisingly expensive. The hotel charges you $30 a day at a shared public parking garage, but if you pay directly at the parking garage it's like $20 a day. Weird. Hotel was situated in the middle of everything so you only have to walk anywhere. Great place!"

"Well to say the least we were very disappointed. It is a very long walk from the self serve parking garage to the hotel check in. Then our room was in the forum tower which we had to walk back a long way to get back to it, Good service at the front desk. Had dinner at legends and were very disappointed in the food. Wow wouldn’t eat there again, had breakfast at Johnny rockets, great service and food was good. Parking garage a mess, and dear knows how long it will before that is finished, also looked for a cashier upstairs and couldn’t find one, find out later it is in the poker room but how are you suppose to know that. No signage at all that I saw, we don’t plan to go back to that casino for a long time. It’s too bad as it is a nice place, other than the parking garage and the machines that were apart and they were working on them. "

"The room was fantastic and the staff, especially the gentleman who checked us in was absolutely fabulous. The only thing I would say is it was disappointing that the hot tub was not open, and the restaurant is no longer open, just for theirs breakfast. Other than that, great place to stay. Would definitely recommend it and will stay here again."

"Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent - included both bacon and sausages, oatmeal, pancakes and eggs."
