"Some concern about cleanliness of TV Remote Control and phone. Phone didn’t work only on speaker.Most disappointing was options of eating facilities during the day. Johnny Rockets was a frustrating unsatisfying experience. Staff not friendly; poor service ended up walking out and went to the Keg no other dining options available in Casino until 4."

"Outside still had some Christmas decorations up (it's April). Staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Room was nice but bathroom needed updating. Poor caulking around shower, etc. Bed was very comfortable."

"Room was adequate. Big crack in right window of the room. As a result air in between the double plane glass and distorted the great view of the Detroit River and surrounding area. Disappointed in parking arrangements and charges to park indoors across the street from the hotel. Very tight parking spots. Have to walk across the street to get to and from hotel and parking area. Glad it isn't the winter time. It would be cold and slippery "

"My husband and I went to a concert at the casino in Windsor. We stayed at your hotel because it was close. We were able to walk in less than 10 minutes to the casino. Next time we go to a concert at Caesars Windsor, we will stay there. The staff were so friendly. The lady at front desk asked about her concert when we came back. I like the fact that she remembered us. Also, the lady serving breakfast was extremely kind and even served me my breakfast. Thanks to you all."
