You found it! This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bath updated townhome is the perfect home in the perfect location. Just across the street you will discover Windsor Lake with its walking trails, beaches, fishing pier and Boardwalk Park. You are also within walking distance to Old Town Windsor Main St with its great restaurants and shopping. For you medical professionals, it is just 15 to 20 mins to five major Hospitals (UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies, Banner McKee Medical Center, Banner Fort Collins, UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital and UCHealth Greeley Hospital). The place is a bargain - and well equipped. We stayed for almost 3 months and found it clean, comfortable and very convenient to stores and town. With Main Street so close, much is within walking distance like restaurants, shops and other conveniences. The lake is a stones throw away and we often did the pleasant walk around it. Lloyd was an amazing host and could not have been more responsive to even the smallest of needs. We intend to book Lloyd's place any time we are out there.
