Adults enjoy the hot tub out door TV, sound bar, and fire pit, while the kids enjoy PAC-MAN, popcorn maker and assortment of game boards. Refreshed 2 bedroom with custom kitchen. Upstairs bedrooms offer individual climate control,, queen beds, new bathroom. Island kitchen with attached living room. 2 Smart TV’s & unlimited fibre Internet. Ice maker, washer dryer. Amenities within minutes. Park to walk the dog. UNIT B parking in front of iron gate. Additional street parking free. BBQ available.
The space
Your Unit is B. Great central location close to Caesars Windsor, Erie And Ottawa street restaurants. I have separate basement, with a tenant that has access through the courtyard to his man door and back fence gate to his parking.
Guest access
Parking is right at your door for two cars. Street parking as well is free.
Other things to note
Restaurants are on Ottawa Street, Erie Street and on Tecumseh as well as Howard. Minutes away. I have a 45 page guest book of THINGS TO DO AND PLACES TO GO AND EAT.
