Nautica was at the front desk on our arrival—there was an issue with my card but she didn’t make me feel embarrassed in any way she kept smiling and working on it till problem was solved. Live that girl. The other woman I’m sorry I don’t know her name was the breakfast attendant. She was very thin and a smile that lit up the room. Don’t know her age but she had the energy of a teen She was the hardest worker I’d ever seen. She made sure everyone had everything they needed without ever asking. And she greeted everyone like they were family "
