The Villas are located close to our Salmon Creek Waterfront Park which includes beach access, day dock and firepit area.

Chowan Villa 118 is a 3 Bedroom / 3.5 Bath luxury ranch villa inside Occano, the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course.
