The proximity to the airport is wonderful for the price. The staff are very pleasant, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. For an economical stay, it is highly recommended.

The location was convenient and the shuttle from BDL was relatively easy. Rooms were a bit rundown but adequate. The property overall needs a makeover. Breakfast was not good - nothing special and the lobby had several annoying signs dictating that guests could not take food to their rooms.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is updating to be more currant and up to Wyndham resorts standards. Great price for the night with Breakfast and shuttle to and from airport. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. If you don’t mind a bit of an aged room ( decore) but great customer service….this place is it. Going to be really great once everything is updated.

The people working at the hotel that I came in contact with were very helpful and kind. The hotel itself was in poor condition. There was wonderful, hot water. And it was noisy.

This hotel was one of the worst hotels I’ve been to. I loved the location as it was very close to the airport. The hotel was very dirty especially the bathrooms and the pillows were cushions. I had to go out and purchase my owns pillows. I will not stay here again.

Property was conveniently located near the airport. People were friendly. They did have good coffee. However they were lacking in the breakfast department during the weekdays only offering a “grab and go” breakfast. The weekend did offer waffles and cereal. So it was a little better.

Entire facility needs an update. Just feels dated. Rooms are great! Old spring beds squeaked. Old AC units loud. Ice machine didn’t work upstairs. Overall a convenient stay. Good rate. Good staff. Clean and well presented. Excellent location for the airport. I will stay again.

First room we were put in had problems with the shower. The staff was kind and very responsive when we complained about this, and they quickly moved us into another room. The following room, we didn’t realize until the middle of the night was full of tiny roaches.

This hotel was okay for a quick overnight stay. It needs a good deep cleaning, it seems quite grubby everywhere. The bed was comfy, but the bathroom wasn't very clean, an orange ring of grime around the drain in the tub and the tap was not very clean. The towels were very old and worn out. One bonus is the airport shuttle, though make sure you leave yourself enough time as it doesn't matter if you book it for a specific time, they are late. The person at check-in was friendly enough, but the lady at the desk the next morning was not friendly at all and seemed annoyed whatever you asked her anything. She never smiled and didn't seem to want to be there, never asked how my stay was. I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel is run down and everything looks dirty. The room was so hot when we arrived as the A/C was off. The bathroom was so small that the sink was in the room itself. The toilet tank cover was mismatched. The furniture was chipped, and the blanket was super thin and the pillows small and lumpy. Wallpaper peeling, looked like mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, and the toilet was very low. The only good thing was the proximity to the airport.

The hotel definitely needs to be updated. For the price it was a great hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed comfy, fridge and ac worked. I didn’t get the breakfast though because there's better restaurants nearby. I would stay again if I needed to. Parking was limited at night so keep that in mind.
