This is an older hotel therefore the rooms will show it. Unfortunately we had to switch rooms and the new room was older than the first. The bathroom had tiles lifting and shower needed lots of caulking. The carpet was very old and torn up as you entered the room. The price was okay given the condition of the property. Coffee and breakfast items were good though.

The room and the hotel overall was clean. A little tired but still well maintained. We got a room with a sofa sleeper. It worked but was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. Difficult to move around when sofa converted to a bed.

Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast was closely attended by the staff who insured that offerings were always on hand. A very enjoyable stay. We will stay there again.

The front desk agent at chrckin was very friendly and helpful. People could lounge in the lobby. It also contained a snack area and two computers. Our room was smaller than I thought and both the carpet and sitting chair were dark. This made it hard to see if anything was in it. The bed seemed clean too. It's not far from BDL airport. There are some stores down the street as well as an indoor entertainment center.

Room was very clean as were the other facilities. The biggest problem we observed was the front desk was woefully understaffed. The clerk had 6-7 people in line and was trying very hard to deal with everyone’s issues. She was doing a yeoman’s job - just no help. It was after 3:00 so it was check in time. So the hotel should have had someone there to assist the desk clerk.
