Breakfast was good, we had 6 of us and the suite was roomy enough for the night. Wasn’t the most beautiful room - tub had some old caulking that looked kinda blah, but for the price and for 6 of us, it was just what we needed for a stop on the way to Maine from VA.

I especially like that the hallway and room were not carpeted. No icky carpets. The room has lots of charging stations which is great. They provide easy to carry breakfast items like banana, yogurt and muffins for those leaving on super early flights.

Called Holiday Inn’s 800# to ask about the shuttle and was told it’ll say Holiday Inn. They gave me local phone for HI and front desk said NO, it’s LAZfly shuttle. At 1:00 AM you want to know who’s picking you up. HI Express and Suites Bradley Airport. Otherwise good - clean, ez check in check out - free shuttle close to airport included breakfast. Would stay there again.
