The property was clean and well-maintained. The young man at the front desk was very helpful with information about the airport shuttle, grab and go breakfast, a nearby restaurant. I recommend this hotel if you have an early flight.

I highly recommend this Holiday Day Inn. Ear the airport. I stayed the night before my flight out and it was such a restful stay. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was accommodating with all the Dove products and the pull out couch was a perfect added to be able to eat dinner and watch TV. The staff was 10/10 and the morning breakfast was off the chain 10/10. The gentleman that was in charge of all that, was so professional and took pride in his presentation. Thumbs Up!!!!

Breakfast was good, we had 6 of us and the suite was roomy enough for the night. Wasn’t the most beautiful room - tub had some old caulking that looked kinda blah, but for the price and for 6 of us, it was just what we needed for a stop on the way to Maine from VA.

Checkin was super fast and easy. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. A little outdated but most important rooms were clean. Most important hotel provides a shuttle bus ti the airport which is always on time.

I especially like that the hallway and room were not carpeted. No icky carpets. The room has lots of charging stations which is great. They provide easy to carry breakfast items like banana, yogurt and muffins for those leaving on super early flights.

Hotel was nice and clean. The staff is friendly. The pool didn't have any towels but when we asked they got more. We like staying at these since they're consistent around the country to be clean and have a good breakfast.

This property is convenient to the airport. Amazingly they had fruit, yogurt and muffins available before 4 am, which I know bc I had an early flight. The coffee machine is automatic with grinders on top so no set up there. The rooms were clean if spartan. The bed was relatively comfortable. They have a pool but we don’t use those amenities. The airport shuttle, run by a third party, gets you to the airport quickly - less than 10 minutes at 4:20 a.m. overall, however, I thought almost $200 was a lot for this level of hotel (2 star) when others nearby charge a lot less. Maybe the others are less clean and/or do not offer breakfast or shuttle service. If the price works for you this hotel is fine for a pre-flight overnight stay,

Called Holiday Inn’s 800# to ask about the shuttle and was told it’ll say Holiday Inn. They gave me local phone for HI and front desk said NO, it’s LAZfly shuttle. At 1:00 AM you want to know who’s picking you up. HI Express and Suites Bradley Airport. Otherwise good - clean, ez check in check out - free shuttle close to airport included breakfast. Would stay there again.
