"Mouse droppings in room. Was moved to a room next door... supposedly hospital safe sanitation used per signs in room. Front desk Deborah and manager John Steele not authorized to give any money back. Owner manager out of country. No customer service number available per those 2 employees. No apologies. Definitely not stopping here again. Zero customer service."

Dog excrement smell in the hallways.too much to list. Several rooms were empty , meaning no furniture or at beds or anything."
