"We had a lovely stay at Le Phare Bleu. The room and accommodation were perfect — comfortable, beautifully kept and exactly what we needed for our stay in Grenada.
A special mention has to go to Guest Services, particularly Shawna, who was brilliant. The service went far beyond simply looking after our accommodation. Shawna helped arrange taxis, provided recommendations and shared lots of useful information about the island, which made getting around and planning our days so much easier.

"Check in was slow and room was not ready till 4pm. Taj restaurant the service was very slow and food mediocre. When talking to server at Taj about the delay; she had the audacity to say that you are not the only customer in a rude way. Mostly staff is courtesy."
"Ti Kaye Resort & Spa was a fantastic experience, and the level of service is what really made our stay memorable.
From the moment we arrived, Phillip was brilliant and made us feel genuinely welcome. Throughout our stay, the entire team was warm, attentive and always ready to help.
We also took full advantage of the experiences Ti Kaye offers. The tour of the south of the island was excellent, and our boat trip up the coast was easily one of the highlights of our time in Saint Lucia. The captain and crew were outstanding, the scenery was spectacular, and seeing the island from the water is something we would absolutely recommend. The wine tasting at the resort was another lovely experience and very well done.
There were a couple of issues worth mentioning. We specifically chose Ti Kaye because it is an adults-only resort, so we were disappointed that there were children on the beach every day. We understand they were not staying at the resort and that the beach itself is public, but it does take away somewhat from the adults-only atmosphere we had deliberately chosen.
We also had an issue during our rum tour when our driver left us. Not ideal, but what impressed us was how quickly Ti Kaye responded once they knew what had happened. They immediately stepped in, sorted everything out and made sure we were taken care of. That response says a lot about the quality of the team.
Those points are the only things keeping us from calling it a flawless five-star experience."
