"I was locked out of the property. I need my refund. I informed the owner yesterday sept 24 that my flight arrives at 8:30 pm. I got to the property at 8:38pm and there was no one. I ran the doorbell m, knocked called and no one responded. Fortunately the taxi operator waited and took me to another property not to have me out in the cold "
