"The reason we choose to stay at the property was because of the indoor pool. We got there and the pool was out of service. The sink in our room had no stopper so things could just fall down the drain. We tried to give our child a bath but the bath was messed up. The shower and bath ran at the same time shooting water everywhere and the water was only scalding hot. I tried several times to have them switched and the part didn’t work.
