"Right next to the convention center and Rosemont Theatre which made it very easy to walk around. Breakfast was not included, but there were a lot of restaurant options available. Staff was extremely friendly and professional."

"I love how convenient this hotel is. However they should FIRE their designer. Whoever thought shag carpets work with rolling luggage has never been a guest at the hotel. The room hallways have a lower profile carpet but still difficult. Even the maintenance people joke about it; not really funny ..."
