"My wife and I stayed one night at the Babcock House in order to visit the Appomattox Court House. Room was nicely done with a great bathroom with walk-in shower and full bath. Area is quiet and we did a short walk to the nearby train station. Dinner was exceptional."

"We just enjoyed the best two nights here! We loved learning about the history of the Inn and the place is so well preserved. The innkeeper and chef were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was so delicious both mornings. The location was great as well. Almost everywhere we wanted to go regardless of the direction was 15-20 minutes away. "It was an experience that felt better than staying in a hotel. It had its own unique, home-like atmosphere that felt very comfortable. The digital locks on the front door and the room door was very convenient and made me Feel secure. They provided eye masks, wine glasses, a wine cooler, and so much more. Cleanliness was impeccable."
