To make matters worse, we were charged 50 euros for cleaning, which is completely unreasonable considering the state the property was in when we checked in.
The only positive aspects of our stay were the spa and the view, which were both very nice. Unfortunately, those few good points didn’t make up for the overall lack of cleanliness and misleading listing. Would not recommend to anyone and specially to ones travelling with kids."

Food in the atmospherically alpine dining rooms was good, if slightly on the expensive side. Not so good: the website promises a direct access to a lift and alpine run - no information that this had, in fact run out of snow and was closed over a month ago. But the close enough run (Notschrei) was good enough. "
