- Newly renovated basement guest suite in Winnipeg. Well lit, SEPARATE ENTRANCE! one bedroom, one bathroom with shower and bath, Small kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. access to washer and dryer. Winnipeg location provides easy access to many of Winnipeg's main attractions. 5 minute walk to public transport, . Parking on the property and on the street front of the house.
Welcome Guest . My place is very private ,convertible ,peaceful and restful. Close to almost everything , close to PK shopping mall.

Could be a great rental but the smell of cooking was over powering every day. I wanted to stay another month but could not due to the smell Sorry

Great Location
We felt very comfortable at this rental. We stayed 12 days. There were a few mechanical problems which were resolved. I suggest the owner put a motion sensor activated light out side the entrance door as it was very dark as we returned a few evenings making unlocking the door difficult. The kitchen has a hotplate, not a stove/oven combo. Othrwise it was clean and the bed was FABULOUS!!

Bring a few things to make your stay better.
Towels are hurting, kitchen cabinets are not stocked well and need to be wiped out, but space is newer, larger then a hotel room and has a nice big tv. Bed linens are none existent.
